I know you guys are welcoming Friday like I am, with big open arms and the optimism of a kid on Christmas! This past week wasn’t too strenuous or long, but something about the days getting shorter makes you feel like you have less free time, which makes the weekend all that more valuable. Our plans include visiting a pumpkin patch or maybe Sever’s Corn Maze from our Minnesota fall bucket list, trying out a few new recipes and of course more Breaking Bad. Hope you all have great weekends!
Closet-Some of you that are reading this post right know about this whole Old Navy campaign that is not only highly effective but a little bit genius. Lately I’ve seen Old Navy sponsored posts popping up all over the blog world and they are driving sales big time. It had been a while since I had checked out the retail store and my experience was pleasantly surprised. Check out this example of effective advertising for three ways to wear an Old Navy sweater this fall.
Palette-Another pumpkin recipe…can you blame me? But honestly have you ever seen something incorporate the amazing ingredients of pumpkin, arugula, cheese and bread? This is a kind of bruschetta I can get on board with.
Kiddo-In Minnesota it can get pretty cold at night, this is obvious. So I’ve been on the hunt for some better pajamas for Oliver and stumbled upon this cute outfit! I love how classic and cozy they look and love that I can thank Pinterest for stumbling upon some of the cutest little boy outfits that I have ever seen!
Space-I love to decorate for the holidays, and while a little orange and black for Halloween is a must, I love the chic look of white pumpkins. There are numerous ways to decorate with them and if they are fake, can last you well into Thanksgiving. I’ve found there is a lot of no-carve pumpkin options out there for those that are timid about breaking out the tools.
