I know what you are thinking. Why am I looking at another blueberry recipe? In my defense, I had to use up the rest of the berries from this post and I had a frozen pastry sheet in my freezer I was trying to rid to free up space. So just go all out when you see a blueberry sale and know that you have two very good and easy options for how to bake with them. This treat is pretty self-explanatory, I didn’t even really follow a recipe. I just placed the fruit on the pastry sheets (that I broke into fours), folded and pressed with a fork to close the edges. Dusted them lightly with egg and put in the oven until golden brown. Enjoy!
